Malaika has been absolutely fantastic as the Building Manager at Ivy Mill. Any issue I’ve ever had, no matter how big or small, has always been dealt with quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. She’s approachable, proactive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. What I also really appreciate is how much effort she’s putting into improving the building as a whole. The constant upgrades and improvements certainly don’t go unnoticed and make a real difference to everyone who works here. It’s clear she genuinely cares about creating a great environment for all the businesses based at Ivy Mill. Thank you for everything you do, Malaika – your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail are truly appreciated.
A year ago, I was working from home and had started to run out of space, so I began looking for a suitable place where my business could grow. That's when I found this building, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. The management team has been excellent throughout. Malaika is incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. From the very beginning, she guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about taking this important step and commitment. Over the past year, she has continued to provide outstanding support whenever needed. The building is well managed, and the environment is perfect for businesses looking to grow. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Unless you want problem after problem such as the lifts always breaking down, heating not coming on in winter,parking tickets every time you come and leaks all over the building to name a few, Do not bring your business here! Save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else!
For the past 4 years I have been self employed where the business has grown to a point where my own space was needed. This was an extremely stressful and scary process for me but as soon as I stepped foot into Ivy Mill I felt at ease. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very friendly and approachable staff member called Malaika. She guided me through all my worries and helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Since signing for the space Malaika has gone above and beyond to help me out when needed. What I love about the space is I have been able to put my own stamp on it completely, I am really happy with my experience at Ivy Mill so far.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ivy Group.
