Linda at the Business hub has looked after the admin for us in the Devon & Exeter Medical Society now for several years. The service provided is excellent: efficient, timely, and always professional. I paritcularly enjoy working with Linda- she is invariably helpful and calm, dealing with any difficult queries or problems arising efficiently.

Perfect as a central point for a meeting room. All the facilities you could want and lots of room. Lunch was also great.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meeting space close to St Davids Train Station! Everything was prepped for us and staff were really friendly. Great value for money also!

Absolutely wonderful staff and perfect location. A 12 month tenancy in a private serviced office while starting up my small business. What a great kickstart for a new business setting up. The location is perfectly situated within a stones throw of Exeter Central train station, there's a lovely cafe on the corner of the row and free parking in Bystock Terrace round the side after 6pm. The room was light, airey and high ceilings. A feature property with an impressive front fascia makes for the right first impression with clients and visitors. Everything you need, right there, just ask. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and positive team who manage the building. A real sense of family and investment in helping me make my business work. Thank you for your kind support and lovely chats, you are all an incredible asset to the business. You will be my first point of call if I need more help. Mike x

The team were very helpful from the point of enquiry, booking and supporting us with our IT needs on the day. We were made to feel welcome and the facilities were ideal for our full day meeting. It was quiet, we were not interrupted and everywhere was clean and tidy. WiFi was good. We will definitely return and use this space again. Thank you

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Exeter Business Hub, who is more than happy to help out.

  • The Exeter Business Hub - Queensgate House has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
