Our company began operating from the new offices on Monday 2nd March, and feedback from the entire team has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone has commented on how fantastic the space is. It is light, airy, very clean and comfortable. The amenities are excellent, with well-equipped tea and coffee stations, a fridge, dishwasher and microwaves, as well as useful booths, alcoves and Zoom rooms.
The environment is a perfect balance of professional and immaculate, yet relaxed, warm and welcoming space. During our first week, everyone we met was very friendly, including those sharing the co-working areas and the bright café and lounge space. The surroundings are great too, with a fantastic location right in the heart of Exeter and close to the Cathedral.
A special mention to Mason, Timea and Molly, they are a credit to Clockwise. They have looked after us exceptionally well from the first day we visited the offices a few months ago. Nothing has been a problem, and they have been very helpful in arranging additional requirements for our business. Their response times have been excellent, and they have always replied quickly whenever we had questions.
They also made us feel very welcome when we officially moved in. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, with key passes, passwords and everything set up seamlessly for all 26 members of our staff. The online portal and platforms are also very user-friendly.
Overall, the move has been straightforward and hassle free. We appreciate the transparency around what is included as part of the Clockwise community, and our expectations have been exceeded in every way, it has been even better than we imagined.
