Helen and Adrian are great landlords who have a wonderful modern office block which is kept in pristine condition, the rental rates are fair and there is also ample parking for your staff, if you need office space then this is definitely something you should come and have a look at you won't be disappointed 😉

Used to have an office in this unit.Very well organised and our office was spotless when we took it over.Good security within the building and well placed for motorway links, but still has a rural feel which makes for a pleasant workplace.

We have recently moved into our new offices which are great for what we need. From the initial enquiry the journey has been great with Helen and Adrian. Very fairly priced too I would highly recommend.

Modern offices in a great location, near the M1/ M69 junction, close to Grove Park and Fosse Park shopping area and also near to the village of Enderby and also convenient for travelling into Leicester, or to Hinckley, Rugby, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry etc - an ideal central location. Very close to Next Head Office. There are various sized office suites in the building ranging from a 2 person office to what is potentially a 15 person office. There is a kitchen and Breakout area for R&R, where you can socialise with the other businesses. It is in a nice quiet location, with excellent parking. Many of the smaller suites are let on an all inclusive basis.
