Lynda is a fantastic receptionist, nothing is ever too much, great smiley face every morning. She is a breath of fresh air. Can always be trusted. Rose is fantastic, whenever we have an IT issue, she is there immediately to resolve the issue. Thank you ladies!

I have been a tenant of HubSpace Egham for 3 years now, and in that time we have expanded our business and moved from a small single occupant unit to a 4 occupant unit. Rose and her team have been fantastic and nothing is too much effort, very accomodating and represent our company by welcoming visitors to the office in a very professional manner. There is ample parking and an on-site cafe managed by Mel and Lisa that provide a warm welcome to everyone, and serve delicious food. I would highly recommend this facility to any business that is in the market for a flexi office whether you are a small or large. Mark Scanlon Freight Limited

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HubSpace.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HubSpace, who is more than happy to help out.
