There has been a lot of thought and care that has gone into designing these offices and they look incredibly welcoming and professional. The Internet, offering a connection in each room provides you with peace of mind as a business owner so you can just relax into working. The communal areas are exceptionally clean and it's just a lovely place to work. Ben is very easily approachable and a great landlord! As a therapist, it's a lovely quiet space too.

A great space to work! The building is bright and spacious and being in the town centre makes it super accessible when it comes to transport links. Having great coffee and lunch spots in walking distance is also a bonus!

Lovely, bright and spacious serviced offices right in the heart of Eastbourne. Internet speeds are top-notch and all the facilities are exceptionally clean. Only a short walk to the seafront and tonnes of options around for coffee/ food etc. Thoroughly recommend!
