An amazing place to work. Karen has created a brilliant space which is stylish and welcoming and most importantly of all it has a great community. I have picked up work from networking with other business who work there. So not only is it a great place to work, it is a great place to build new relationships. I would highly recommend it for anyone needing a change from their desk at home. It is also located in a beautiful setting surrounded by fields with horses! A great way to start and end the working day seeing these surroundings.

I’ve had a great experience running my business out of The Residence. It’s a welcoming, well-run coworking space with a professional but relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to focus and get work done. The space is comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up, with everything you need for a productive day. It’s also a great environment to be around other professionals without feeling overcrowded or noisy. I’d definitely recommend The Residence to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly shared workspace or a flexible desk to work from.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I first joined The Residence when it was based at Newport, and I'm so glad it has made the move to Bishop's Stortford — because everything that made it special has come with it. The community spirit here is genuinely unlike any other coworking space I've been to. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and actually looks out for one another. It's a brilliant place to get your head down and do great work, but it never feels cold or corporate. The team have clearly put a lot of thought into creating an environment where people enjoy showing up every day — and it shows. Bonus points for being dog friendly too, which is a huge plus! If you're looking for a coworking space in Bishop's Stortford where you'll actually feel part of a community, look no further than The Residence. Highly recommend! 🐾
