We spent a long time looking for a unit that could meet our specific needs, the team at Armadillo went above and beyond for us, allowing multiple visits to all their units to try and find one that meets what we were looking for. Although we were very difficult with our requirements, the team never once made us feel like a burden and were more than happy to show us around again and again. As a small start-up business, it was important to us that flexibility was key, we needed to be able to move units, upsize or downsize as required. It was very clear that this was not a problem from Armadillo and we can change and move whenever we needed to. Once we had finally decided to move forward with a unit, Harry and Devon went through all the logistics and technical bits with us. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, understood clearly, and had all we needed for a smooth and easy process. They were very thorough, professional and courteous, whilst not being pushy or using hard sales tactics. Since we have moved into our units, the team have been incredibly friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond for us. Harry, Elliott and Devon have always greeted us with a smile, have helped carry our parcels to the car when there are too many for me to carry, and have been incredibly helpful throughout. Nothing seems to much to ask for this team, i accidentally spilled my shopping out onto the carpark whilst opening my boot which led to a jar being smashed across the carpark. Elliott was very kind in ensuring that i didnt attempt to clean this up myself and that he would get the machine out and clear this spillage properly. Again, with nothing but a smile and happiness to help. Harry has helped us with a number of delivery issues and has made many scenarios easier for us as he is happy to go above and beyond to help us in situations where we struggled to find a resolution with our delivery drivers. Harry has been very friendly and again nothing ever seems to much to ask. Devon has always been incredibly polite, friendly and takes genuine care with customers and this makes visiting the site a pleasure. She has offered to help carry numerous parcels to my car, has been chatty and friendly every time and always makes us feel welcome. We find the whole team here at Armadillo Daventry fantastic. In a world where everywhere has lost its customer service, and has been replaced by technology and lack of interaction, Armadillo Daventry are far from this. A genuinely friendly, helpful and fantastic team making sure their customers are well looked after. We wouldn't go elsewhere now, and will make sure that all our storage needs are with Armadillo in the future. Elliott, Harry and Devon are a real credit to this place!!

Very professional, friendly & welcoming greeting from all the staff, Harry listened to our requirements, advised us on the sizings and costs, shown us the different size storage rooms and fully explained payments etc. When we “moved in” Elliot took us through the site security, how to enter and completed the contract with me, again fully explaining everything. Storage room was very clean, with ample trolleys to transfer your goods to your assigned storage room. A very easy, stress free experience, thanks Guys !

The best location I’ve been to for Armadillo! As a bricky I move around from job to job & often use armadillo to store equipment. The staff have always been very helpful!
