Getting a quote online was straightforward (and no pushy follow up like we had from another company). All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the start of the process and offered us an upgraded unit when it came available before we moved our stuff in. Security online and on site is really high. Site is easy to find and drive in (we had a transit van). Place was clean and all the doors/trolleys/lifts worked nicely.
