Absolutely awful experience at Business Central Darlington. I arrived expecting to use the advertised day pass for coworking, only to be immediately told by an older receptionist that the building wasn’t available for that and that I’d need to sign up for a full month instead. She then went as far as accusing me of not wanting to pay, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. When I tried to calmly explain, a tall man joined in and repeatedly talked over me, behaving in a very rude and confrontational manner. He even questioned what company I worked for, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. The whole situation quickly became uncomfortable and borderline threatening. I ended up leaving and finding an alternative workspace on Coniscliffe Road, where staff were far more professional. After sharing my experience there, I was told I’m not the first person to have issues with Business Central Darlington. Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely negative atmosphere and unacceptabley customer service.

It was a true pleasure to attend Business Central Darlington and provide live caricature entertainment for their 10th Birthday Celebrations. A user-friendly business facility with a warm, welcoming vibe – the perfect setting for a fantastic event!
