SÓPERS HOUSE IS A SHAM OF A COMPANY. Rude staff, non working spa facilities, very bad food, they have only focused on the aesthetics of the place.

Terrace Restaurant at Sopers House is a true hidden gem in Hertfordshire. I tried the steak tartare today and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The menu changes with the seasons, so there’s always something new to try. Alongside the tartare, I can highly recommend the stone bass, bresaola and the Waldorf salad (and am looking forward to trying more of the spring menu). Very reasonably priced too. So glad to find London‑quality dining right in the neighbourhood.

It has a good vibe and everyone is super friendly. I am not a member but you are welcome in the restaurant and cafe, both of which have plenty of space, good food and entertainment some evenings. West end feel in the heart of a plesant village. Be brave check it out non members 😀

The studios themselves are great — clean, well run, and the overall experience with all other staff members is very positive. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I’m here almost every day — sometimes multiple times a day — as part of the unlimited monthly class package, so I’ve had a lot of experience with both the team and the overall environment. The vast majority of the staff are excellent: consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’m regularly greeted, and there’s a genuine warmth at reception that makes a big difference when you’re coming and going frequently. That said, I do feel it’s important to share one consistent experience. There is one member of the reception team who doesn’t reflect the same standard of customer service. On every occasion she’s there, I’ve found her to be unwelcoming and abrupt. I'm left waiting to be acknowledged and asking for the door to be opened. I completely understand that everyone can have an off day, and I wouldn’t normally mention something like this. However, as it’s been a repeated experience, I felt it was worth raising. Front of house plays an important role in setting the tone, and consistency across the team really matters. If I were managing the venue, this is something I would want to be aware of.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Sopers House, who is more than happy to help out.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Sopers House - Sopers Road and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Sopers House.
