Edit 3: No surprise, they charged another 13 GBP under "IT services used" which is a lie and I havent even visited the building at all for months. Vague answers while still billing illegally for things... Go to Trustpilot and see these 1 star people. They are humans just like you and me. They falsely promised several things and never delivered. Their invoicing cycle is specifically designed to make things vague... Find a better place. you deserve it... Edit 2: They charged illegally for 85 GBP for a kitchen service they claimed I must have opted in while I didnt and a "restoration charge" which is god knows what. After these, they charged another 40 something and I dont know what it is now... Such a place so thirsty to a cut of your earnings... I don't recommend this place at all. They present it as if all will be super smooth but even after incidents, they made me pay 3 months for no use, they also charged illegally for things I didnt opt in. Edit: After initially being trauvmatized, when I entered my complaints to platforms, they took care and processed my request for cancellation of membership in 3 months time. I will be paying for it for 3 months even though I will not use it probably. Never the less, thanks for not dragging it to 6 months... After a vandalizing incident (sock smell and a pile of dried mud on my seat) and several times arriving with breadcrumbs etc on my desk, I decided to report and terminate my membership. They force me now to continue for another 3 months, very very vague communication about how i should terminate the contract, claiming i received emails yet i never received them… they sold it initially saying they have a shower in the other facility and i could use it which turned out to be totally false. They also said there is a gym app membership which was discontinued for large time periods for this and that reasons (between regus abd hussle). i also would never recommend regus because they are never with free carpark other than just two facilities in the entire southern parts of the country. Edit: Now they are making clicking some button to terminate my contract impossible and keep referring me to that button... Locking me in for another 3 months extension against my will and against any decent corporate practice after all these...

Hussein Kanruddin and Josh Sterling Gonzalez make the Lansdowne building workspace what it is for Regus clients to stay - welcoming and professional. They’re a great management team and are responsive to client feedback and invariably have a prompt response to emails. Nice centre, nice staff, good security and it’s always great to have them around. Thank you both for helping me settle into Regus.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Representation and Harassing to pay for what l have used. I had the unfortunate experience of viewing an office space a the Lansdowne building with Regis and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating professional encounters I've ever had. From the very beginning, their representation fell short in every conceivable way and their ability to get you in as possible.l was sent a link to view what l want.Upon opening the link means you have entered an agreement with them. That was bizarre and misleading. First and foremost, communication was abysmal. I often found myself waiting days of cancelling any agreement, sometimes even weeks, for responses to my inquiries. When I did receive replies, they were vague and unhelpful, leaving me more confused than before. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Additionally, the level of expertise displayed by the staff was disappointing. I expected a team of professionals who would guide me through the process, but instead, I felt like I was educating them. Their lack of knowledge about key aspects of my case was alarming and made me question their qualifications. Moreover, the overall most organisations in the building are complaining about their ways of practices. Most offices was empty and tenants are moving out because over charging fees and important documents are misleading to first time tenant. This disarray only added to my frustration and made me feel like my case was not a priority. In the end, I did not feel represented at all. They are not treating me to pay for services l never used or have.My experience with [Regus in Landsdowne building in Croydon] was a lesson learned, and I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and competent office space.Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Lansdowne Road operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • At Lansdowne Road, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
