The man at the reception this morning has been discriminating and threatening towards me, I was not feeling well and as outside it was raining I kindly asked to wait inside for 10minutes, he told me that If I am not able to read the rules is not his problem and I should study english more, I was shivering but he said, almost laughing at me, that my behaviour could affect my ielts results. I felt extremely uncomfortable and discriminated during an important exam, by someone who's no even working for Ielts, please do something cause this man is emotionally abusive.

They have 2 different schools one is trinity college and there’s another one if one of them is not available like lunch break they say to come back later even there are sofa to seat and wait very disappointed

Don't do your trinity college exam here the receptionist are rude and won't allow you to wait at the empty waiting room.

not a fan of the whole checking up schtick everytime, even though i am a regular by this point ... but i cant blame the security/reception folks there, they are just doing their job and are very understanding. but yeah ... anyways, the carpeted floor remind me of The Office (US) for some reason but thats just me!
