I echo what a previous reviewer has put, the female member of staff who I would imagine is the receptionist, is only interested in the video calls she has on her phone. She doesn't acknowledge you or say hello, she is only interested in talking on her phone. I have been to the building four times now, and it is exactly the same all the time. Speaking to someone who works in the building, they have said the same.

I have had a few physiotherapy sessions with Ascenti in this building. This review is about the facilities and the quality of service provided by Regus, not the physiotherapy service itself. There are no physical keys, digital passes, or any proper access system for entering the Regus building. The only option is to wait for the receptionist to open the main door. Unfortunately, the receptionist seems to be busy on the phone and does not acknowledge people waiting outside, even in cold weather. On this occasion, she made no effort to put the phone down for even a moment to open the door. I was left standing outside until another visitor, who had a key, let me in. This is very poor customer service and completely unacceptable for a professional business environment. Basic access and reception support should be the minimum standard.

We have been renting an office space for the past 5 months and cant speak highly enough of the facility and office manager Rachel. A great looking modern office, with fantastic meeting rooms located in the town centre. Highly recommend as a place to run your business from.
