I have been with Regus for over five years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been disappointing. When I first joined, the terms were fair and transparent, with free parking included and reasonable rent. However, after five years of loyalty, I was suddenly charged a “joining fee” again, which feels unfair and unjustified. On top of this, the rent has been increased by 30%, which is an excessive rise in such a short time. What was previously free parking is now chargeable at £75 per car pass, in addition to the office rent. These changes make it feel like Regus is prioritising profit over long-term customer relationships. It would be good to see Regus value existing clients by offering consistency, loyalty benefits, or at least clearer communication when making such significant changes.

Highly recommended for your office space no matter your team size. I was looking office just for myself because i am self employed and i was amazed by the support i received from Lloyd. He helped me understand all the different packages, showed me around different office spaces and offered me exactly what I was looking for.
