  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Northwood House & Park.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at Ward Avenue provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Northwood House & Park may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Ward Avenue? How about for a day or a month?

  At Ward Avenue, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available.
