This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Coventry. It is a one-stop hospitality business complete with a standard gym, restaurant and Starbucks outlet. Spacious parking space and beautiful aesthetics. A must stay!

Only Problem with thi establishment is you can not purchase a pint of bitter in spite of it been the favourite tipple of an awful lot of real men in Britain.

Booked a double double room which was adequate for my family's need. Very comfortable room and very tidy on arrival. However, we noticed a bad smell in the room. We informed staff but due to a large booking could not offer us another room until the next night. Long story short we found the source of nasty smell and immediately informed staff who removed a baby bottle with very curdled milk that had fallen down the back of one of the beds. Dan, the manager said he would sort something out for us which he did, but next morning the room got a full deep clean by the cleaning staff. And all was good. All staff were polite and courteous, professional and respectful of our situation. Dan promised us a refund for one of the two nights we stayed and true to form the refund came through within the week. Thank you Dan and your staff and to Helen (in corporate) who did a brilliant job organising a charity event for a group of 150-200 people on the Saturday that i was attending. Look forward to a hopeful stay for next year's event.

What hotel I’ve ever dated in rude staff horrible room dirty skid marks in the loo intimidating Securty for no reason no aircon or heating just a all round dreadful place stay at the local pub
