We’ve been renting our offices here for a while, and it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean, well maintained, and feels professional and welcoming. Punit and Antonio are outstanding managers—they’re attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about tenants’ needs. Any request or issue gets handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great environment for everyone. Highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed office space! Innowise Works

Antonio and Josh are great and this review is in no way a reflection on them as they would be 5 stars. The building is a old property and that comes with its own issues (heating, leaks, damp, electrical faults) which I can appreciate. However, toilets are forever having plumbing issues, currently the men's are down to one cubical for the whole building. The community meeting room has been sold as offices so no longer have a space to use without additional costs. Parkings always an issue, the staff do there best to stay on top of it and put cones out, but spaces are shallow and tight.

I moved my business to The Quadrant, Regus at the start of last year. The team at Regus have seen The Herd grow from strength to strength and have done everything they can to assist us on that journey. The building is old but that’s what you can expect from a listed building and doesn't impact the high level of care and attention from the staff. Namely Punit and Antonio. If you’re a small business looking for flexibility I can’t recommend the team here or chosing The Quadrant, Regus enough. Paul from The Herd

I have been a customer at this location since mid 2025. Antonio and Punit are absolutely amazing. Very well managed with plenty of facilities for my business and most I believe. On weekdays, during working hours the place has parking restrictions and only authorised vehicles can park. But on the back there is a long stay car park that's literally 2 min walk to the center. Also the salt lane parking is 5 minutes walk away. The center arranges parking but it has to be a monthly contract. The office is accessible to me 24/7. So if I work evenings/nights - the parking on premise is really cheap. At most times it's not very crowded- I guess most businesses operate on a hybrid basis. But the people who I meet regularly at the kitchen or hallway are super friendly. The location is also right at the heart - station and city center are within 5 minutes walking distance. The only downside is that the building itself has some accessibility issue. So a person on a wheelchair can't visit upper floors but I am sure the team can accommodate in other ways. Super happy to be here and want to continue working from here.

Reasonably priced offices......excellent customer service by Punit and Antonio. I have been in this building since 2020 and these guys are the best team they have had ever since.
