Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Life in the UK test centre at Regus, Coventry (Little Park Street). My test was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and it’s now past 4:00 PM with no clear communication, no updates, and no explanation for the delay. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. When you’re expected to arrive early and follow strict rules, the least the centre can do is run on time or keep candidates properly informed. Sitting around for over an hour with no clarity is frustrating and stressful, especially for something as important as this test. The organisation and customer service here are seriously lacking. If you’re planning to take your test here, be prepared for delays and poor communication. Definitely not the standard you would expect for an official testing service.

Me and my family use this office place to host our medical clinics, and Adan is very helpful to us. Adan also ensured everything was prepared for us in advance, ensuring a clean room set up, organised seating for our clients, and overall just been very helpful to us and our work, compared to other office spaces that we have attended in the past where we may have not had the best experience. Adan has also helped with coordination of our clinics, assisting our patients, and holding the overall maintenance and operation at this office facility to a high standard.

We would like to thank the Regus team in Coventry for their highly professional service. As a London-based notarial practice, we regularly use Regus locations when meeting clients, and once again we were very impressed. Adan ensured everything was well prepared in advance, and our clients felt comfortable and warmly welcomed throughout. The service was efficient, professional and of a very high standard. We greatly value this level of care and will certainly continue to use Regus in the future.

This was honestly the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. First, you’re put through a triage process just to get in line, then left waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. After all that, I was told the largest venue nearby could only accommodate six people which is ridiculous. What made it worse was the lack of effort from the advisor. They didn’t try to explore alternatives in other areas or properly answer basic questions. It felt like they just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Really disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

A great place to work with fantastic service. Adan was very welcoming and took the time to check in and make sure I was happy throughout my visit. Thanks so much - highly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Regus - Little Park Street is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
