Absolutely awful. I received no responses from my emails and no forms to complete after paying for the service. I had to chase up keys and they then had no knowledge of my account I had set up and paid for. I tried to speak to reception who were unhelpful and rude and told me she couldn’t do anything apart from get someone else to ring me but could not give me a number to ring them. Then I spoke to Graham at HQ who told me it’s only £17.99 you will be losing and asked me “if I was kidding” about loosing that amount of money. He told me I was worrying about nothing and that I had implied things that I hadn’t, he then went on to say he will block me and my number. I was only asking him to cancel my direct debit and the request for a mailbox (as they had failed to set it up correctly) which isn’t a good sign when they had 3 days to do so and I hadn’t heard anything. If they cannot do this then I worry about what else they can’t do especially when it’s my mail. Graham was so rude and unprofessional and aggressive. I would absolutely not recommend this company. I wish I could play the conversation so others can see how awful this individual was to me.

Very unprofessional and rude chap named Graham. Just interested in getting money out of you, wants you sign up on a long term commitment and judging who you are when he doesn't even have a clue about your business. AVOID as he's very secretive of telling you who he is, his role and rudely put the phone down. Hasn't got the decency to listen to you instead just interested in what he wants to say. Don't believe what it says on their website. Another bogus company.

Phoenix debt recovery/phoenix International UK. Deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability. What began as a promising relationship has deteriorated into complete radio silence. Despite multiple phone calls and emails over the past few months, I’ve had no response. Meanwhile, my client continues to pay directly to you, yet I have received no funds or explanation. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a breakdown in basic trust. I’m entitled to clear communication and timely payments, neither of which have been delivered. Chris Bond’s ongoing silence is unacceptable, and I am left wondering whether this is negligence, insolvency, or worse. I expected better, and I have a responsibility to warn others. Proceed with caution.
