Very unprofessional and rude chap named Graham. Just interested in getting money out of you, wants you sign up on a long term commitment and judging who you are when he doesn't even have a clue about your business. AVOID as he's very secretive of telling you who he is, his role and rudely put the phone down. Hasn't got the decency to listen to you instead just interested in what he wants to say. Don't believe what it says on their website. Another bogus company.

Phoenix debt recovery/phoenix International UK. Deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability. What began as a promising relationship has deteriorated into complete radio silence. Despite multiple phone calls and emails over the past few months, I’ve had no response. Meanwhile, my client continues to pay directly to you, yet I have received no funds or explanation. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a breakdown in basic trust. I’m entitled to clear communication and timely payments, neither of which have been delivered. Chris Bond’s ongoing silence is unacceptable, and I am left wondering whether this is negligence, insolvency, or worse. I expected better, and I have a responsibility to warn others. Proceed with caution.

Grosvenor House has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Congleton Business Centre.
