I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain". He is very organised and an excellent communicator. Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. He achieved the sale price which I had hoped for. I cannot recommend him enough to entrust with the sale of your property. He and his team worked hard and fully deserve their commission!

Davies Property Partners are an extemporary company and this is largely due to the personnel. They are always professional, but they go beyond this in their aim to help and support the client (the tenant in this case). They are always ready to listen and act on the client's behalf. On moving into the flat a number of white goods broke down, but Dave Jones worked tirelessly to resolve the problems quickly and efficiently. Dave always found the time to get to know the client and he, and others, in the company were very kind and attentive. His calm and approachable manner made for a very easy relationship between agent and client.
