Have just exchanged contracts on our family home after my mother's passing. I had frequent contact with the sales progresser, Samantha Ibell who performed an exemplary job of keeping things moving along and updating myself and my brothers frequently. On contacting her for anything by email, she was extremely swift to reply and was in constant contact with both our and our buyers solicitor and certainly didn't let the grass grow under their feet. Having had two very slow house sales previously with other agents this experience has been a refreshing change. Highly recommended.
