I cannot recommend the Exchange co-working space enough! The atmosphere is vibrant yet peaceful, providing the perfect balance for productivity and creativity. The facility is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed to cater to all work styles. The amenities are top-notch—fast and reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable ergonomic seating, and plenty of meeting rooms. The coffee is superb, and the communal kitchen is always stocked! The networking events and community activities are a fantastic way to connect with like-minded professionals. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Carmen, she always goes above and beyond to ensure every member feels welcome, supported, and valued. The positive energy and genuine care they bring create a strong sense of community, we love being part of The Exchange business community. I would highly recommend this space to any business owner/company that is looking for a great space to grow the business :)

I use The Exchange almost every day, and have seen the benefits of moving from ‘home’ working to more ‘remote’ working. The facilities here are fantastic, from privacy booths to second screens and video conference facilities, and if you ever need anything extra, the friendly management team is always supportive and considerate of requests. Whether you’re considering a change of scene, or simply want to connect with like-minded professionals, I recommend joining up as a member!

I’ve been using the Exchange Houlton for the past year or so and it’s been the perfect environment to focus on my business. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is great. It’s more than just a desk, it's a community. Highly recommend!

The Exchange at Houlton provides a friendly and calm environment when you need an alternative office for the day. Definitely an experience I would repeat. There is a handy Co op on site and a couple of far too temping cafes adjacent to the building!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Exchange Co-working Space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Exchange Co-working Space, who is more than happy to help out.
