Had a really lovely first visit to the spa. We booked using Groupon vouchers, so we got a fab deal, but honestly, after visiting I would have happily paid more. We had a 30-minute treatment with Sharon, who was really good. She was friendly and welcoming, showed us around the facilities and made us feel comfortable straight away. The spa itself is really nice. The facilities are good quality, clean and well maintained. The showers were also great, with a really good pressure — always a bonus! We went on the ladies-only session, which had recently changed from the usual Friday to a Wednesday. There were a few teething issues with this. At one point, a male entered the changing facility without seeming to realise it was a ladies-only session. There was also a corridor between the changing room and spa area that was being used by men going to the toilets, and we were told there is also a mixed yoga session that uses this same corridor. It didn't ruin our visit, but it did take away a little from the privacy and relaxing feel you'd expect from a ladies-only session. Hopefully, now the Wednesday session is up and running, these things can be looked at. One small suggestion would be to have a clock in the spa area. It would be much easier to keep an eye on the time without having to reach for your phone, which you don't really want to do when you're trying to switch off and relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. Sharon was lovely, the facilities were great and we had a really good experience.
Our business were tenants at Hub26, Lawrence House for 18 months. It was a great space but it unfortunately became too expensive for us. We moved out in December 2025 and have still not received repayment of our full rental deposit despite many emails, phone calls, texts and even visiting Hub26 in person. We are now being forced to take legal action, something we tried hard to avoid for everyone’s sake.
Decent little studio on the upper floor for photographers and videographers, that’s cleverly laid out to make the most of the space available. Also provides access to some equally decent equipment. I do client work and I’m about to use the space for the second time in the space of a month.
The ladies at reception were welcoming and helpful. Clean and purposeful meeting space provided. Tasty food options in the cafe and a relaxing spa experience with strong showers. Overall great experience.
