Road side parking was free. Onboard parking is payable - ridiculous.

I booked a course in for my SIA Licence with NTE Academy. What an experience. It was a four day course with 3 ex doormen/ security guards. Honestly one of the best courses I've done, to team building, learning, watching and evaluating videos. The guys who taught the course were fantastic. Really funny and engaging. Gave us their experiences in their jobs what to expect and the pros and cons of doing the job. Anyone interested in doing any sort of SIA Licence I highly recommend you book with NTE. I initially booked with get licensed, but you get the same training with NTE and not such a high cost. I had to pay an extra fee with get licensed for my first aid training. NTE supplies this with no extra cost. There is parking on site and a tescos down the road if your looking for a bite to eat at lunch. While doing my course they offer an instant result choice at a cost of £30 pounds to find out there and then if you have passed. Which was amazing as I don't have patience to wait weeks. The do refresher courses. Very impressed with their service. 👍🏼

Very disappointed with the way management has handled a leak in our unit. We've reported it multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been properly fixed. Temporary fixes were done, but the leak continued and has caused ongoing damage. There’s been poor communication and no urgency in resolving the problem. Would not recommend this property based on my experience with maintenance and management response. Problem has been consistent for over a year with no compensation.......

Unfortunately, I have to give one star as that’s the minimum allowed on Google Reviews — otherwise, I wouldn’t give any. The client service has been extremely poor. It took over three years for them to address a leak in our window. Every time it rains, water enters the office, damaging our work equipment and computers. Despite numerous complaints, the management team has done little to resolve the issue. We've been relocated to four different offices with the promise that the problem was being fixed, only to be returned to the original office where the issue continues to this day. If you're looking for a reliable and professional office space, I would strongly advise against this one. It's not cost-effective, the customer service is unhelpful and often rude, and there seems to be something breaking down in the building on a near-daily basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Unit Management.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Unit Management, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Please reach out to Unit Management for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Unit Management - Trident Court operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
