A genuinely supportive base for a growing business We've now been based at Theobald's Enterprise Centre for a full year, and it's been the right move for EEH Solutions. As a specialist retrofit and construction company, we needed a professional, flexible base that could grow with us — and Theobald's has delivered that. The facilities are well-maintained, the location in Cheshunt is practical for our work across London and the Home Counties, and the wider team have always been responsive and easy to deal with. In particular, Zoe, Julie, and Izel deserve a mention — they've been consistently helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our time here. It's the kind of day-to-day support that makes a real difference when you're running a busy business. There's a genuine sense that the centre is set up for businesses that are actually trying to build something, not just fill a desk. A year in, we're still happy here — and that says more than any headline feature. Would recommend without hesitation to any SME looking for a proper business home in Hertfordshire.

We often use a day office at Theobalds Enterprise Centre for our quarterly company meetings. The facilities and location are great, and Izel has always given us a warm welcome, as has the rest of the team.
