Very pleased with my stay. Ladies on reception very kind and helpful. Was extremely happy with my room upgrade 🥰 highly recommend and definitely will come back.

Thought it was bad form that they refused me to cancel for a full refund for my booking on the morning of a busy Saturday November Cheltenham Races weekend where they would have filled the room anyways and clearly said they had a waiting list for cancellations at the hotel. For this reason i will be avoiding this property into the future and for any future Cheltenham Races trips in the future..

Amazing hotel. So unique it stands out, but has a very unassuming facade. Wonderful staff helped me make my wife's birthday one to remember for a long time. Slight issue with the drainage on the shower, but I blame the absolutely amazing shower as I just didnt want to leave it.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and polite staff. Good in room amenities, including a Nespresso machine, and teas etc. Nice touch with a little sweet treat on arrival, and a bottle of water by the bed. The very comfortable bed, I should add.

Superb hotel, perfectly placed and everything is within easy reach. Book direct for special offers too. Superb attentive staff. Great rooms. Bed a little on the firm side for me but that’s the only drawback.
