Amazing hotel in the perfect location for Cheltenham town and the Lido. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best Eggs Royale's we've ever eaten! The dog package was a nice touch, we've stayed in places before that charge extra for dogs, but this is the first time he's had a welcome gift! The dog bed/wigwam at breakfast was fun as well, although our dog was slightly too big to fit in. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, all in all a wonderful stay.

Een erg mooi hotel en goed gelegen in centrum cheltenham. We hadden een riante kamer met een erg fijne badkamer. Mooi hoge plafonds, vloerbedekking, koffie en thee faciliteiten. Grote TV en groot bed. Kamer is wel gehorig, maar verder helemaal prima. Het ontbijt was erg goed. We konden ook kiezen uit een hot menu bestaande uit vele soorten broodjes met ei. Wij hadden met gerookte zalm en avocado. Goede service van het personeel, ook bij de receptie. Aanrader

A very stylish and modern hotel, conveniently located close to the centre of town. Unfortunately, the check-in experience let the stay down slightly and wasn’t the best first impression of the hotel. When we arrived, neither of the reception staff acknowledged or greeted us, which unfortunately made us feel a little invisible. We then asked for some help with the self-service check-in machine, and one of the receptionists was very helpful. However, overall, the arrival experience could have been much warmer and more welcoming. A simple greeting and acknowledgment would have made a big difference and created a much more pleasant first impression.
