Our business had two offices at Patch Chelmsford. The building and setup itself is fantastic, as are the staff that make the whole place work seamlessly and with a smile. I would highly recommend patch either for individuals looking for somewhere to work, or businesses who need a professional location with lots of perks and none of the worry about looking after their own premises. All the amenities are of good quality, the people are welcoming and there's a very nice atmosphere. Whilst we were quite terrible at attending the events, there are plenty of them and great for building a community. Very much recommend - from all at the Insureflow team.

I have been working with Patch hiring their space for my Yoga classes for a few months now and it’s just the most welcoming space! My customers absolutely love the welcoming energy that Patch offers, asides from the Venue being so wonderful the team Katie and Izzy are just the most helpful and wonderful members to deal with I’m really grateful to have found such a gem of a venue with the customer service to match! If I couldn’t be happier with the service already the coffee shop is an incredible bonus with delicious coffee and yummy food!

I have been using Patch as a working space for one month now. It has very flexible memberships, which suits me well. As a more senior female I feel safe and secure. The reception staff are super friendly and go out of their way to arrange socials to help you interact with other members. The coffee and refreshments are top notch and the working environment great. The ability to use large screens and a printer are really handy also. Plus a special rate in the nearby car park is much appreciated.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Patch.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking.
