Went in the early hours taking pictures of the night sky

Large park surrounding our hotel Oddfellows on the Park. Plenty of parking. Walks, cafes, pitch & putt, children's playground, duck pond.

Lovely park and cafe. Unfortunately the extreme heat has taken it toll on the pitch and put course.

Nicely kept and clean park, lots of things for the kids to do, and great for spotting planes landing at low altitude. Has wildlife and birds, and a cabin that sells ice creams and such, although they didn't look the cheapest price, but you pay for the convenience. Nice and clean and kids enjoyed it.

Fantastic place to bring children. There are the usual slides and swings but also plenty of options for slightly older children, such as larger climbing frames, a zip line and some interactive games that I haven't seen anywhere else.
