I spent a day in the lovely coworking space in the countryside, close to the ValeVets animal hospital which is handy for those who are coming form far to bring and then pick up their dogs at this animal hospital. There is parking, high speed internet. The space is clean, airy and very nice to work in. There were two people who rent the individual offices who are both very nice. Overall, would recommend highly to anyone who needs some space to work!

As a tenant at Hub1812, I couldn’t be happier with the space. The mill has been renovated to such a high standard, with a perfect balance of character and modern finish. It’s clear a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. The atmosphere here is brilliant, relaxed, welcoming, and a really enjoyable place to work day to day. The building itself is stunning, and it’s a space I’m proud to be based in. A big thank you to everyone involved in creating such a fantastic environment.

We have been renting office space at Hub1812 for a few months now and we absolutely love it here. Our desk spaces are lovely and the internet has been great. James has really taken the time to update the space to make it look great and he has been very accommodating in helping us get set up!

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Hub1812, who is more than happy to help out.

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Hub1812.
