I found myself in Canterbury for an overnight with a friend who was speaking at a conference. I needed a space for an hour or two to do some work before we flew back home. Cherry - part of the team at Regus was especially kind, helpful & welcoming. If you work in the area, I couldn't recommend this office space more. It's modern, fresh - only opened 6 months, and has all the usual amenities that you'd expect from somewhere as great as this place. Thank you again for being so helpful & kind.

I am greatly disappointed that I have resulted to review to air out my grievances. The company is shambles the manager do not communicate with customer after numerous request. I raised a ticket and sent an email no response. They take money and chase for money and refuse to explain. I will be withholding payment until I get a response. Thank for you generic message that does not acknowledge that a ticket was raised. This buttress my claim of below standard service

Horrible company. I tried to register in November as they showed me their Canterbury location. AFTER I paid and tried to book a coworking space, they showed me ‘coming soon’, and I don’t ever travel to other cities. Immediately I wrote to them please cancel and refund, with no or little response, smth like ‘feel free to use our other worldwide locations’. They kept charging me for December and November, and the customer service is robot-like, they just keep sending me invoice copies and T&Cs. Now they are saying ‘Canterbury is fully operational’ - but nobody ever even notified me when it opened!!! This is such a scam to show an office in search results and on google, charge, and then say ‘coming soon’ and then say ‘you have a contract read the T&C’, trap. I’m planning to go through Citizen Advice as I can’t get a proper response, neither a refund, not at least to roll my credits from previous months. I do not recommend them to anyone, it’s a too large business, so they are impersonal and don’t know how to deal with coworking clients in the SMB space!
