To be honest, I don't know anything about this building, except that it has interesting architecture. But there is a great place to relax nearby, there are several benches, you can sit quietly, by the water, by the fountain, listen to the sound of water, listen to the birds singing, enjoy the excellent scenery of this science park. Directly by the water there is a covered pavilion with several tables with benches, you can take lunch with you and have a snack in nature, without leaving the city. There are large fish in the pond, ducks and small black birds with a red beak swim, maybe it is a moorhen or a black coot, I don't know. Rabbits hide under the bushes around, sometimes they graze on the grass nearby. Birds sing in the trees all around. The park is well maintained, you can feel the hand of professionals. There are very few people, so no one interferes with outdoor recreation.

Fabulous place to do some work, grab a coffee and be around productive people in an easy space to work. My experience. I visited for half a day to have a few meetings and there was no cost to my use of the facilities. An excellent place for co-working, meetings, and a mindset for being productive. Thanks Beau and the front desk team for being so welcoming!
