I am genuinely angry about my experience here. Since the new management took over, everything has gone downhill. The way tenants are spoken to and dealt with feels harsh, cold, and completely unprofessional. Instead of treating people with respect or understanding, the approach comes across as aggressive and dismissive, which creates a really unpleasant atmosphere. The way concerns are handled feels more like pressure than support, and it honestly feels like tenants’ voices don’t matter at all. A place that should be professional and well-run instead feels stressful and hostile. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before getting involved here. Respect, fairness, and basic decency should be standard not something people have to fight for. DO NOT GO NEAR WORKHAUS

A big thanks to the team at Northbridge House for looking after me a providing such excellent friendly service. The meeting room was clean and well appointed with all the little extra touches that made it spot on: easy to park; clean reception; friendly and welcoming staff; clean & fresh facilities throughout. From the first phone enquiry, to the day of the venue hire, nothing was too much trouble. There are plenty of meeting rooms to choose from, mostly I’ve used ones within hotel groups. However the service I received from the team at Northbridge House, means, they’ll get my business in future.
Building staff very friendly and always helpful. All facilities are great and any fixtures or changes that are requested are completed in a timely manner.
