Finding Thursby House has been such a positive and supportive step for our charity. We now run our services from this amazing space, and from the very first hello, Sam, Poppy, and Lynsey have been nothing but supportive. The fast turnaround from enquiry to move-in, along with the streamlined accounts and payment processes, meant we could continue supporting families without delay after previously operating from a cold storage unit. Thursby House is a warm, welcoming, and inspiring environment. Every interaction has been friendly, encouraging, and professional. Their support has made a huge difference to our organisation, allowing us to provide essential items and care to vulnerable families across the Wirral. The facilities are outstanding and perfectly suited to our needs, and the sense of community here is truly special. We could not imagine running our services without their ongoing guidance, generosity, and dedication. Thursby House has been more than just a building for us. It has been a place of partnership, empowerment, and hope for the families we support.
