Spaceworks have been a home to our site in East Bristol at the Old Library for a long time - they are a great landlord, proactive to solve problems and attentive to the site and its development needs. Their sites are well maintained and they have lots of different types of spaces. Matt (CEO) and the whole staff team are always friendly and regularly pop up at their sites (so are available and approachable). As a charity working with young people, we have particular requirements as an organisation and the site we are in really works for us. In addition, in the past when we needed more space, they worked with us and other tenants to accommodate us and make it possible. They also facilitate networking and social events so being part of Spaceworks is being part of a wider community.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
