Paul was fantastic! Had shopped around for the best deal and had enquired with Storage Giant. I got a call from Paul shortly after and he did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, he even beat the quote I was given. When I then arrived and throughout my lease with Storage Giant in Bristol, Maya Rose and Vinh Hua were exceptional in showing me around, making sure I knew how everything worked, and were extremely supportive with any questions I had - even when I lost my keys to the unit. Upon vacating the unit, Maya and Vinh were both super helpful and made the process stress free and easy. Highly recommend Storage Giant. Simply fantastic service.

I’ve had a storage unit here for the last 6 months for my elderly family members - Ben has been super helpful in our journey.
