Fantastic space to work from when in Brighton. I was able to book the private office for a couple of private work calls then used the shared workspace for the rest of my working day. Great location close to the beach to get some fresh air between emails and zoom calls. Staff were great; welcoming and explained everything clearly. Great wi-fi connection. Lovely outdoor garden space. Will definitely be returning when I have meetings in Brighton.

I rented an office for about three years with The Werks and had a good experience. However, when they closed the building they did not return my deposit stating I had not given them adequate notice.. They finally, after several months and many emails, admitted owing me the money and offered to pay the money owed at £25.00 per month as they could not afford to pay me. I am now in the process of taking them to the small claims court. Be careful.
