We're the big yellow building on Lewes Road, you can't miss us! There is parking available, local bus stops outside and parking for bicycles. We also have a Brighton bike station in our car park.

Disappointed by the lack of basic empathy from reception staff: I live with a bowel condition and frequently walk along Lewes Road. Because there are no other public toilets available on this stretch of the road, I occasionally have to pop into Plus X to use the restroom.While I am grateful for the access, I am deeply disappointed by the reception staff. On multiple occasions, the young staff at the front desk have openly sniggered, whispered, and made me feel unwelcome just for using the toilet due to a genuine medical necessity.Having a chronic condition is already difficult and stressful. Mocking someone who walks in for an urgent medical need shows a severe lack of basic human kindness and professional standards. I hope management addresses this with the front-of-house team.
