A truly impressive office space - bright, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The management team is consistently friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The work environment is clean, tidy, and clearly cared for, making it an enjoyable and productive place to spend the day.

My trial experience at the Foundry Co-working spaces was excellent and I give that 5 stars. The staff work hard to run a fantastic coworking space with lovely events and stunning facilities. I was grateful to receive a free 3-months trial. However, the Foundry Gym (which is included as part of the rental contract for nearby residents) is not yet meeting expectations. If this improves, I will eagerly update this review again. The Foundry Gym was presented as a 24/7 gym available to residents of a nearby building (we share a landlord, Legal and General). Since its opening in August 2025, the gym has never been 24/7 and is completely closed on weekends. This is despite multiple requests to all relevant parties - The Foundry, the building management, the landlord and so on. Foundry customers get priority access outside office hours and there is no known timeline as to when this will change. We are told things are in discussion so I look forward to this finally being resolved soon.

Love this place whilst I was visiting Hove using a day pass. Facilities are amazing monitors with downstream USB-C cables. I’m personal desk socket. Will definitely come back here again I’m worth checking out instead of working from a home office.

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for these two huge issues which basically make it inoperable for me as a local resident: 1. The Foundry Gym was presented as a 24/7 gym available to residents of a nearby building (we share a landlord). Since its opening in August 2025, the gym has never been 24/7 and is completely closed on weekends. This is despite multiple requests to all relevant parties - The Foundry, the building management, the landlord and so on. Foundry customers get priority access outside office hours and there is no known timeline as to when this will change. 2. Faulty app with no resolution provided. The only way to access the Foundry Gym is through a mobile phone app. Mine simply does not work consistently. The Foundry did initially engage their IT team to investigate, and I tried everything they suggested. The app remained faulty on my phone (and pls note everything else on my phone works fine). The Foundry said they didn't know what else to do. I enquired about other forms of access, they said there is a physical fob that can be issued at a hefty cost. All involved parties refused to pay for it. I offered to pay it as a deposit but insisted I wanted to be refunded when I eventually move out. This request has gone nowhere. The staff open the doors manually for me when they're around, but of course I can't time my gym visits so they don't clash with their breaks, meetings, etc and they understandably aren't tied to reception. I have a tight schedule with various jobs and don't wish to waste my time banging on the glass doors for someone to let me in. TLDR; great idea, poor execution. Brought to you by Legal & General.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Foundry UK - 3 Ellen Street and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Foundry UK.
Foundry UK - 3 Ellen Street operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
