Tried to buy a garage through these guys, offered full asking price and the offer was not put forward, spoke to Darren the manager who said he would personally ensure a revised offer was submitted (above asking price) and heard nothing back. Really poor behaviour and borderline breaching legal requirements in their responsibilities to both buyer and seller, Would not deal with this estate agent again in any capacity as I simply don’t trust them.
Claire Peerless was great at arranging new tenants for our property. The whole team at Charters were also excellent
