I had 2 student properties desperately in need of letting and the team at coapt found long term tennants in under a week …. I dealt with Toby personally to begin with. He advised on minor decoration tweaks and small additions of furniture which helped … daisy has been great with the admin and made the process a dream … thanks team coapt 👏👏
I had an excellent service from Toby at Coapt. He had properties that he thought might interest me. He met me and talked me through the properties. There we a couple of minor building things, which is swiftly sorted for me. The contract was out quickly for me to sign with a date that didn't change for me to have the keys. All keys were ready on the day. He followed up himself and asked the property manager to also follow up later that day. All in all, it was a slick, quick and thorough service. Thank you so much Toby.
If zero stars was possible I would use that in a heartbeat. The level of greed and unprofessionalism from this disgusting, cash grabbing establishment is incomprehensible. They show nothing but distain for their clients, I have never encountered a company who cares less for their tenants than these people. The fact they had to shut down their company and change the name speaks volumes. They must pay bots for their 4 star overall reviews. Most vile people I have ever dealt with, such a lack of compassion. Tried to blame our house being broken into on us.
Chloe FS was really helpful explaining us the steps to get the house and there was really good communication!
Toby was very helpful throughout the purchase price, highly recommend
