I attended Emma's confidence workshop today and really enjoyed it! I was nervous at first but she really put us at ease and it felt like a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a safe place to share! She asked us some questions that we wrote the answers to in out notebooks in regards to personal challenges and future goals -it was great to brainstorm and figure out where we need to focus in on our lives. I now feel like I have a plan going forward to live my best life! Thank you Emma for bringing us all together and sharing your wisdom! I hope there is another meeting soon.

What a wonderful experience. My colleague and I had a fantastic meeting in this space! There was space to chat, work and rest. And a nice corner for refreshments. Our host was really easy to chat to and was great at making us feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely be going back again. What a great find! Nadine
