Went Xmas eve to drop off to Dhl and told the DHL lady had left despite it saying open until 3pm. Went back on the Saturday 27th after DHL said open at 0800, I arrived at 9.10 looked through to see the same man as week before. When he came out he said I'd have to wait ten minutes for perimeter check to be carried out. He then processed my package (no DHL lady). I asked for next day and was told it would likely be following Wednesday and he was just the same as a petrol station. Not very helpful, left waiting and felt taking the package was just an irritant. Not a good customer service.

I couldn’t recommend highly enough. From the very start Maria was friendly, answered all questions and made herself available whenever I needed to ask anything. Plus the gentleman who was in the office (I’m so sorry, I’m hopeless with names!), he was helpful, friendly and very approachable. The facilities are superb. Very well maintained with great security that gives you real peace of mind. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was more than competitive. Out of all the storage facilities available in the area, you would be foolish to chose anywhere else. Thank you Squab for a truly superb service.

Crossways Road has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Squab Workspace.
