Stay away from artistic spaces. Horrible environment, extremely unprofessional and unreliable towards every need of the tenants. At first the building manager canceled the viewing meeting 5 times last minute, making me go to Wallis house and informing me 15 minutes before the meeting that he wouldn’t come eventually. In the end I got a studio from them for 9 months. Within these months artistic spaces have only been compliant when it came to collect their money and nothing else. They would not reply to emails regarding for example when the toilets were broken (which they didn’t fix for two months). A month and a half after my move out they still haven’t returned my deposit and not only that, they haven’t replied to a single email I’ve been sending them. The are not reliable with phone line since they don’t pick up 9/10 times and when they do they give false promises and say that they are not responsible for the case of the deposit ( even if I’m calling the finance line). To sum up, This company is horrible, extremely expensive for spaces that are not even that good, non friendly environment, the managers are very unprofessional and non existent when needed. Finally even tho they are called artistic spaces no artistic community is formed since they rent their spaces to company’s and for storage reasons. It’s a company ran by money sucking parasites.

Avoid Artistic Space at all costs. This place is absolutely inappropriate for running a professional business. The owner is disrespectful and crosses all boundaries — entering private rooms without permission, even bringing strangers in without prior notice. Promises to repair common areas like bathrooms remain unfulfilled for months, and some facilities are still out of service! What’s worse, the landlord enforces a discriminatory and unsafe environment — selectively renting to aggressive individuals, ignoring safety concerns, and even turning a blind eye when tenants threaten the concierge with violence. One of my previous reviews was flagged, but I won’t stop warning others — Artistic Space is a disgraceful and unsafe space. Stay far away if you care about professionalism, security, or basic respect.
