Absolutely ridiculous!! The microwave in the communal pantry has been out of order for two months now, causing extreme frustration and inconvenience for all tenant staff members who rely on it during lunch breaks. Countless complaints have been made yet nothing has happened. No repair, no replacement, no actual remedial actions done, just complete silence from the building management and repeated false promises to follow up the issue. Totally unacceptable service! The lack of responsiveness and accountability is just shocking!

21st May update & reply to Regus: It’s not true. Multiple tickets have already been raised by several tenants regarding this issue. Staff have also been chased repeatedly, but the only response we keep getting is that the “case has already been escalated”. At the same time, we are being told there is no microwave in the warehouse, so there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. This has been ongoing FOR A MONTH, and the lack of action is extremely frustrating. Could you please confirm what the actual next step is? ————— Original Comment: Awful experience. Microwave broken from April and still not replaced as of 20/05. Hot water boiler has been broken for six months and the “solution” is a single kettle for dozens of companies — people literally have to stand in the pantry and boil water for five minutes each time. Tenants have complained repeatedly and nothing is done. They advertise good kitchen facilities, but the reality is no hot water, no microwave, and a very unresponsive management (reception often empty before 11am). Do not expect advertised amenities to be maintained. For a building that houses dozens of companies, this is honestly a joke.

However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
