Spanning around 2,500 square feet the Mezzanine level has been thoughtfully converted into thirteen small self-contained offices designed specifically for the small business market

Offices range from just 100 square feet to 260 square feet. Small and perfectly soundproofed, the offices have fast, secure wifi and access to a fully equipped kitchen, a communal printer and snug break-out areas (perfect meeting spaces for 2-4 people). Price excludes VAT.

I am LOVING my SiGNAL office space. I feel so much happier to be around people, even if they are just next door. I love the standing desk and the ability to have my lunch outside in the town park. It was the best thing to discover!!

Brilliant co-working space, with everything you need for a permanent or hybrid work solution. We used it for a regular weekly collaborative team working day. The Signal team are responsive, friendly and flexible. Great to have this available in our community, highly recommend. Free Parking, Wifi, kitchen, breakout space, ourdoor area, food and drink on site.

I was a little unsure at first about getting support from Signal for my small business, but within the first week, I was really impressed. Gareth, Claire and the team have been fantastic, offering helpful feedback and guidance straight away. One of the highlights has been the online platform, where you can connect with other business owners at different stages of their journey.
