Ellena the Community Manager is a nasty person who does not understand about customer service and forcing customers to pay for service that is not valid and being ripped off by her and Regus. They’re forcing me to stay in an agreement until August 2022 where they have restricted my access to not be able to use the office and get our PPE. This company is trash don’t bother wasting your money they don’t understand customer value everyone is complaining about them. The accounts email does not work always bounces back. You can get charged £50 per hour for a training room which is ridiculous. The lifts are damaged half of the time and also the coffee machine does not work but you get charged for that facility. AVOID AT ALL COST.
