NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! One Star... My company hasbeen at this office only a short time and it's awful. If you are thinking about coming here for a Job or for your company, choose another place.. 1. STEALING Tenants steal from other tenants We had a party with cakes and someone stole them from the fridge They don't have cameras so they cant check This is basic stuff. 2. DISABLED PARKING The centre has disabled parking however if anyone uses the disable parking without having a permit, they should get a fine. There is people from one company (called MS LAW) they always park there and nothing is said to them because they have a lot of offices in the building. Its one rule for them and one rule for everyone else. The center has tried to enforce the rules but people keep parking there no matter what they say. The centre doesnttake action and all other people are fed up of MS LAW 3. GENERAL Toilets - always leaking and someone said on the ground floor, it was all flooded. It's never been fixed and looks awful and they just dont want to fix it. Currently the 1st floor and Ground floor mens are not in use... Not willing to invest in getting it fixed properly, they keep patching it up 4. INTERIOR - looks old, especially kitchens, canteen and boardrooms - basic compared to our last place. TV's in Boardroom are 20+ years old! Not willing to invest in keeping the center up to date 5. CENTRE MANAGER Her name is Sophia and I have not spoken to her - she is a nice girl but hardly at the center She also manages another center in Blackburn so if you have an important delivery, she might not be at reception.. Another way they are cost cutting... These are all current issues and if you speak to any people here, they will tell you the same thing and agree with all of above. There are so many issues but i honly need to mention afew
